The NAUGHTIES

This is the story of three brothers, Levi, Loen and Lui Aniversario, and how they grew up in local Filipino church communities where their parents were both ministers. At an early age, the brothers all learned to sing and play various musical instruments.

In the early 90s, the brothers went their separate ways, with Levi forming the highly-rated Filipino band The Block which toured China, India and SE Asia for over fifteen years, winning countless local talent competitions on the way.

In 2012, Loen moved to Phuket where he met his wife Reyn, who started working with him, singing in a duo called El Rookies. A childhood friend and soon-to-be NAUGHTIES member, guitarist Raffy, moved to Phuket three years later, following spells performing in both Singapore and Malaysia. Levi left The Block in 2019 to join his brothers Loen and Lui in Phuket, performing with Loen and Reyn at The Naughty Nuns Restaurant in Patong (hence the band’s name).

The NAUGHTIES were somewhat unlucky, being formed not long before the COVID-19 pandemic struck. However, they were marked out as a band to watch when they headlined the Lean On Me music festival between lockdowns at the Blue Tree Arena in February 2021.

They can be found playing in Michelangelo’s in Phuket Town and at Coconut Live, Rawai. Don’t miss them if you get the chance to see them!
